  • Positive: we actually stayed in their other place, the Hostal Adriano, since Adria Santa Ana did not have an elevator. We noticed that after making the reservation, and they offered us to change to the other place with elevator, or returning our money even though it was a final deal. We opted for staying at Adriano and were very happy with the accommodations there.
