• Positive: The Regency Country Club employees met all our expectations from the minute we entered, we had a warm welcome from reception staff with a complimentary glass of champagne when in our lovely apartment there was another complimentary bottle of champagne chilling in the fridge for us.
• Negative: The only downfall we had and this is not major was that our apartment was located right beside a busy road so traffic and motorbike exhausts were very loud especially in the morning, I'm sure if you request a quiet apartment this will not be an issue.
• I RECOMMEND it for... Young travelers, Older travelers, Couples, Luxury, Travelers with a car

• Location: 5 The hotel is less than a 10 minute taxi ride to the town of Las Americas but if you wish to go out at night it is around €10 each way (we went out most nights as the hotel is quiet at night). It should be noted however that a shuttle bus is provided by the hotel during the day, we did not avail of this service. Also I don't think if we stayed in the centre of Las Americas we would have found such a beautiful relaxing hotel.
• Common facilities and services: 10 The pool is amazing and a lovely mini golf course also. Unfortunately we did not avail of the massages or gym but they are offered to guests. We found the pool bar to be very expensive (€3.20 for a coca cola), the mini market on site was also expensive and stock limited.
• Staff: 10 all staff were very friendly and helpful
• Quietness: 5 the hotel itself was very relaxing with little noise, however our apartment was located near a busy road with a lot of traffic noise.
• Room: 10 Excellent apartment, cleaned every day and towels replaced on a daily basis
• Value for money: 10 we wanted a relaxing holiday with a nice pool area and that is exactly what we got, we are delighted we chose the Regency Country Club and will definitely return and recommend to others.
