• Quietness: 7.5 Our room was close to the road so there was traffic noise, but it could not be heard from the bedroom once the windows were shut! So that was great!

• Location: 5 Schöner Blick nach La Gomera, aber ansonsten im kargen Nichts und Baukränen in der Umgebung
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Für Familien, die zwei Stunden vor der Bezugsfertigkeit des Zimmers um 15 Uhr ankommen, gibt es keine brauchbaren Möglichkeiten, sich aufzuhalten oder umzuziehen.
• Staff: 5 Freundlich, aber nicht herausragend. Wenn man 5 Vouchers für Welcome Drinks bekommt, davon aber gar nicht alle einlöst und zum Teil nur mit Apfelschorle, ist es etwas schwierig zu verstehen, warum die Cocktails für 6.50 enthalten sind, der gewählte Cocktail aber nicht, weil er mit 7.50 Euro ausgezeichnet ist.
• Quietness: 5 Die Ruhe ist gut, allerdings wird sie empfindlich von zahlreichen Mosquitos gestört. Wer das von den Kanaren nicht kennt, erlebt am ersten Abend bei geöffneter Zimmertür eine unangenehme Überraschung
• Room: Not rated Ein starker Geruch nach Schimmel, die betroffenen Stellen erst kürzlich überpinselt waren am beeinträchtigendsten. Die Armaturen im Bad zum Teil defekt/zerbrochen.

• Positive: I liked almost everything with the hotel!! The staff was very friendly and helpful, nice breakfast, great kids club, lovely pool, nice rooms, great gym passes (especially fun to try paddle yoga), good buss service to and from the hotel to the beaches etc (for free arranged by the hotel).
• Negative: The beds upstairs was very hard and they should really add soft bed mattresses to them (seem to be a common problem...). The shower/bath upstairs look really nice but it's not very convenient to have a shower I as the water goes very where.
