• Positive: The villa, it was very comfortable and it we were able to sleep well.
• Negative: The fact that after paying nearly 3k€, we still had to pay extra for the water for the dinners.

• Cleanliness: 10 Our room was cleaned every day. But e.g. in penultimate night, somebody had splashed lemonade (?) on the sauna floor and it was not cleaned for several hours -> very slippery.

• Quietness: 7.5 Noise insulation between villas was practically non-existing and we had the pleasure to hear two different noise making groups from the villa next to ours. This being said, it was very quiet, almost no traffic noise etc.
• Room: 10 We first though would 5 persons fit in a 50m2-something villa, but it prooved to be just right. Two stories give privacy with the two separate bedrooms. The view was to the pool and to the sea, but after dark it was just dark.
• Value for money: 7.5 RCC was not cheap, but we received a lot for our money. The policies not only regarding to the drinks (=water) not included at the meals and some initial difficulties to exchange drink coupons to non-alcoholic beverages were someting that without would have encreased the levelt to 5/5. Now it is maybe the 4.5/5?

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Disapointed that this year that we did not have rose petals and swans on the bed for valintines day. There were ants in the bedroom wardrobe which we sprayed. There should be a proper insect nets for the beds.

• Common facilities and services: 5 The jacuzzi was not working fully. It was the same last year very disappointed.

• Room: 7.5 Shower rooms need to be redesigned. Solid panels not curtains, water was allover the floor no matter how careful we were.
• Value for money: 5 For the price we paid this year compared to last year. Money needs to be spent on repairing quite a few areas.
