• Positive: I liked the hotel and thought the pool area and enterainment was very good during the day.
• Negative: I thought the hotel was very dead in teh evning and at night tiem with no real atmosphere.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 We had issues with the cleaning of the bedroom and this was disapointing but overall the recepition bar and around the pool area was very well kept.
• Location: 2.5 The hotel was futher way from the main areas and there is basically nothing around the hotel so this was a down side with regards location. But a good bus servcie was provided from the hotel during teh day so this was helpful.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The pool area was excellent.
• Staff: 7.5 The staff were good but there were a couple of the male bar staff that we did find not to be very friendly or accmodating which was disapointing. The guy doing the kids enterainment was excellent and extremly friendly.
• Quietness: 10
• Room: 5 The room was avaerage but I think they do need to be updated and modernised.
• Value for money: 2.5 I think for the location and room the value for money was not so good.

• Positive: - La piscina y la amabilidad de todo el personal, incluyendo desde recepción hasta las limpiadoras o personal de bar y piscina. - Buena animación diurna. - Buenos horarios de comidas, incluido el desayuno.
• Negative: - Escasa limpieza de la habitación el primer día, por lo visto, por órdenes de dirección no se barre el suelo de la habitación lo que no nos pareció normal siendo un hotel tan bien valorado. Es cierto que fue comentarlo en recepción y al día siguiente la limpieza fue mejor, incluyendo la sustitución de los productos de baño que no habían hecho el día previo. - Escasa animación de tarde/noche.

• Negative: We got this apartment because we wanted a jacuzzi, we got the dinner cooking and the jacuzzi running, and when we went to get in it it was full of oil and glitter, pretty disgusting and spoilt our stay since we only got that apartment because of the jacuzzi and algo paid extra for it. It was late so we didn’t inform the problem at that moment, but when I told de receptionist de next morning all he said is ok. Didn’t get any sort of apology or at least the difference from a normal room to a room with jacuzzi. It’s the second time I’ve stayed here, the first time I went very happy and this time was not impressed at all!! Really bad service at Recepcion!
