• Negative: Some features in the bedroom now look a little old - although it is still very comfortable.

• Location: 7.5 Great access to major roads, and close to southern tourist areas. A car is useful, although courtesy transport is provided by the hotel.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Excellent. The pool, bar and restaurant are superb and the best part of this hotel.
• Staff: 10 Very helpful staff at reception and throughout the hotel. There is a an excellent team of staff who run the children's club. I completely trusted them to look after and entertain our 5 year old daughter.
• Quietness: 7.5 Close to a road, but very little disturbance. Quiet in the evening.
• Room: 5 Well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Bathroom needs updating, oven took a very long time to heat up, sofa a little uncomfortable, bathroom too cluttered and in need of modernising. (apparently, many of the room have recently been updated, so perhaps we were unlucky?)
• Value for money: 7.5 Very competitively priced. And the pool and common areas are superb at this budget.
