• Location: 10 Not in the centre of town, but in a great area, a long way from tourist-y annoyances. Metro station is 100m away, four stops from centre

• Staff: 10 V. friendly and helpful. (Broken) English was spoken.
• Quietness: 7.5 The room was next to the lift which was pretty quiet; there was lots of outside noise, but this is MADRID! Spaniards talk a lot and LOUDLY! There%27s always lots of noise, so wear EARPLUGS at night!
• Room: 10 Very large. It was a twin rather than a double and it looked like it was decorated by someones grandma. but for the hotel class and area it was fine.
• Value for money: 7.5 IVA wasn%27t included in the original price. No biggie. The hotel was pretty much what we expected.
