• Positive: Very quiet, very clean (and every day new towels, soap etc.), very good price, not in the very center of the town but very close to metrostation (but watch out, there are three different exits). Supermarkets close by (Dia, Eroski etc.). Possibility to darken the room completely.
• Negative: To boil water in the kitchen lasted very long. You might think about bringing a little water boiler with you (if you want to prepare noodles). But it was ok after all.
