• Common facilities and services: Not rated Advertised as having 2 pools, but one (the nicer one) is only available for events and not for residents. No food available until 9pm!! Just food from a vending machine (crisps etc) Booking said we had 2 spa vouchers which we never received, and equally never found the spa!!! There appeared to be a basic room with a massage table but no staff.
• Staff: Not rated Ridiculously slow service at what was being called 'dinner'. Waited over an hour for 3 burgers which then all arrived virtually raw. Sent my son's back as it was inedible and he then waited over another half an hour for a new one. Absolutely terrible. No staff anywhere to serve drinks through the day. Upon asking at reception it felt we were somewhat of an inconvenience asking for coffee, water and a beer.

• Value for money: Not rated Terrible quality, amenities and service for the price. Would not recommend and will not be staying again although we travel this route regularly on our way from the UK to La Manga.
