• Positive: The rooms were spacious and cleaned regularly. The pool area was also cleaned well. Lots of activities for the children. Plenty of choice of food in the restaurants.
• Negative: The lack of blue sunbeds, and the way the guests queued up at dawn to make sure they had one! Not enough parasols. A rail is needed in the main deep pools, around the sides inside the pool. The evening entertainment was poor. The tables were not cleaned away quickly enough.

• Staff: 7.5 Se notaba el personal con experiencia, el trato amable y cortes. Los empleados inexpertos mas apáticos y más lentos y sucios trabajando (comedor)

• Room: Not rated Sucia desde el primer día, de los días que nos tenían que limpiar, nos tubimos que hacer la cama supletoria 5 días de los seís, por que para no hacerla nos dejaban las sabanas limpias y dobladas (gasto inutil) y lo mas asqueroso fue encontrar cucarachas rubias en el baño, sintoma de suciedad, habría que llamar a la inspección sanitaria.
• Value for money: 2.5 Lo que mas valoro es la limpieza, por que es lo que me hace sentir a gusto en mis estancias y nos daba asco el sitio (restaurante y habitación)
