• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Breakast was smaller than I thought, maybe more variety to there would be nice. But everything else was super and great.
• Staff: 10 Very helpfull staff. One minus was when we ordered taxi on advance (from receptionists recommendation) to the airport from the reception, it costed some extra even though the receptionist said that it wouldn’t. Taxi from the airport to the hotel was 28€ and taxi from the hotel to the airport was 45€.
• Quietness: 5 Lots of noises from the corridor outside the room.
• Room: 7.5 Size was excellent and the bed too. Maybe some extra decoration would be nice since you have booked luxury room. But the balcony and the view from it was lovely. And such a lovely surprise from the hotel was an congratulation (because if our anniversary) card, decor and cava on the house. Made us feel very welcomed.
• Value for money: 10 At tourist season in Barcelona, this hotel was great value for money, compering to other hotels.

• Negative: The family that had been seaparated into two rooms, one either side of our room. They were extremely loud at unsociable hours going into one another’s room. Not necessarily hotels fault of course, but I feel they could have been put in rooms next to each other without our room being in the middle of it all.
