• Negative: I loved the eco approach of the place. I think the team could take it up a level, and get rid of all single use items such as shampoo and conditioner bottles, salt and pepper in individual sachets at breakfast etc.

• Positive: Las vistas, el personal, el concepto, tener acceso al pantano para hacer algo de ejercicio, yoga, el entorno, poder tener agua y manzanas de cortesía en recepción, el restaurante, la piscina y zonas comunes, que a pesar de estar lleno no hubiera aglomeraciones, adults only.
• Negative: Que no informaran o tuvieran anunciado que podían llevar la maleta de la habitación a la recepción

• Cleanliness: 5 Correcta. El platito de las almendras (ya vacío) estuvo en la mesa durante toda la estancia.
• Location: 7.5 No hay demasiadas indicaciones, y de noche no se ven apenas.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 La zona de lounge a mí me gustó mucho, pero la gente apenas se sentaba. No sé si falta algún elemento decorativo más acogedor, tipo libros o quizá más sofás con respaldo. En el desayuno, dado que como máximo solo hay 50 clientes, en lugar de los zumos en las jarras, ofrecería servicio de zumos hechos en el momento.
• Staff: 10 Un 10. Todos muy agradables pero destaco a Cintia e Isabel en restaurante.
• Quietness: 10 Lo de silenciar el móvil (y que la gente lo respete) es genial.
• Room: 5 Faltaría algún detalle como más colgadores, o alguna estantería y servicio de room service. Son básicas pero funcionales. Colchón y almohadas cómodas y sábanas suaves.
• Value for money: 7.5 Quizá no pongo muy bien por la habitación, que es justa, pero como he dicho antes, cumple su función básica.
