• Positif: Staff were friendly, the hotel was design and finished well and was very comfortable.
• Négatif: The food was not great. No staff attending at breakfast although they were very nice once you found them!

• Propreté: 10 Very clean in rooms and in public areas. Was just lovely.
• Situation: 5 Small town and not much to do. Hired a car which was essential to get around and see interesting stuff further afield.
• Installations et services: 10 Very clean and well designed facilities. Staff were just lovely an when I couldn%27t understand the menu, they typed it up for me in English! Beyond the call of duty!
• Personnel: 10 They were friendly and helpful. I was so pleased. Whole holidays can be ruined by unpleasant Hotel staff.
• Tranquillité: 10 Quiet, peaceful, relaxing. Brilliant. There was a cockerel that kept crowing at 3.00am but still not disturbing.
• Chambre: 10 Modern, well finished, clean with a great view of the moutains. The tiny old fashioned TV was disappointing and not having an english channel but that didn%27t detract from the experience.
• Relation qualité-prix: 7,5 The location probably kept the price down. Thought it was worth the amount charged.

• Personnel: Sans évaluation when i complained to the manager she said all she could do was apologise and did not offer any comment about the state of the room
• Tranquillité: Sans évaluation the location was noisy and the hotel was noisy all night then cleaning started at 7am which was very noisy.
• Chambre: Sans évaluation cramped for 4 people and bedding too small for beds so ended up sleeping on bare mattresses
• Relation qualité-prix: Sans évaluation the most expensive hotel i have ever stayed in and least value for money.
