• Value for money: 2.5 we paid almost 50% more than our friend who actually we recommend to join us. and this only because we booked in advance. we understand the COVID situation and Uk etc but it felt bad.

• Negative: I found everything perfect: the location is ideal (very near the Muro beach, just a walking distance to the S’Albufera reserve and there is a teail where obe could go jogging), breakfast is great (with gluten-free option), a lot of good facilities (2 pools, gym, parking area and employees are efficient. No I love everything about this hotel.

• Room: 7.5 Size is good and one could cook if desired. You could sit down and relax by the porch
• Value for money: 7.5 Expensive but worth it

• Cleanliness: 5 Entiendo que es parte porque en nuestro caso no necesitamos una limpieza profunda, pero hablando con ellas entendimos que tampoco tenían mucho tiempo y aún así nos dejaban todo muy bien.
• Location: 7.5 Fantástico y muy manejable cuando teníamos que caminar a la playa pues hay un puente de madera directo a la playa en frente del hotel y con nuestra hija se nos hizo fácil el ir y venir.

• Staff: 7.5 Muy simpáticos desde el personal de la recepción como de animación infantil, limpieza y comedor. Cómo se agradece una sonrisa aún en estos tiempos de Covid!
• Quietness: 10 Destacaría esto sobretodo porque el ambiente de los parques y segunda piscina hacen de este un sitio un refugio para desconectar!
• Room: 7.5 Muy moderna y lo único es quizás el no saber manejar las luces de forma acertada pero se encendían con cada movimiento durante la noche, quizás porque va con sensores.
• Value for money: 7.5 Muy satisfechos..si podemos repetiremos, gracias!
