• Staff: 10 Could not fault a single staff member during the week stay. All performed exceptionally
• Quietness: 7.5 Some noise at night from the entertainment, but this finished up about 10:30pm - i would recommend a room further from the stage if visiting with small children under 2 years
• Room: 7.5 Basic but clean - the kitchenette could be updated
• Value for money: 7.5 Good value overall
