• Staff: 5 El personal de restauración era encantador, todo ellos. En recepción todo el mundo fue correcto excepto la persona que nos hizo el check in y el check out. Me explico, al llegar nos dio las llaves y no nos explicó nada de nada. Cuando preguntamos como regular el a/c de la habitación su sugerencia fue que quitaramos la llave del control central...y nos quedaramos sin electricidad en la habitación....A la salida, nos pasaron un cargo de dos bebidas en la cena del primer día cuando esta persona nos había dicho que estábamos invitados a la cena.Al decirle que ella mismo nos había dicho que estábamos invitados, con un sonrisa en la cara no dijo "La invitación era a la cena, no a la bebida, creo que es bastante claro". Bueno, yo nunca he invitado a nadie a cenar y le he dicho que se pague la bebida...eran solo 6€ , no hay problema pero creo que debería informar mejor a la gente. Lo dicho, solo tuvimos "problemas"con Gema de recepción. De hecho, le pedí una factura el domingo, hoy es miércoles y sigo esperándola.

• Location: 10 A short walk to the beach, a short walk into C'an Picafort, right next to the bus stop for Alcudia, but not surrounded by every other hotel and tourist -- the best of both worlds.
