• Negative: Que me echaran del jacuzzi a las 18:00 cuando el horario marcaba a las 18:30. Que olvidara mi parasol en recepción, a las 18:30, lo encontraran los empleados del hotel y a las 22:30 de la noche ya lo hubieran tirado a la basura reconociendomelo al día siguiente.

• Negative: Car park facilities. It was a rip off and they didn't want to give our money back (this was shoking). We paid 20euros but just until covered car park until 12 pm (when we arrived 8 pm the night before). As it was cheper to pay directly at the car park we asked at the hotel for our moneu back and they refused. We complained but the hotel maneger didin't bother to speak to us. Extremely bad service, we were very disapointed. We will not go back to a URH hotel and we will give you very bad ratings

• Negative: We arrived before the hour of C/in and the lady who was at the reception was so rude. I am myself a receptionist in a hotel in Barcelona and I would never give the kind of service she gave
