• Negative: Nos alojamos en régimen de media pensión, me parece incomprensible que un hotel que se cataloga como de cuatro estrellas, el menú sea repetitivo día tras día hasta agotar las existencias, en siete días solo se cambió el menú en una ocasión. Desde luego es para no repetir y no aconsejar a nadie

• Negative: Para ser una habitación Premium, faltaba cargar la nevera con bebidas que no estaba hecho y en la terraza no disponiamos de tumbonas como en otras habitaciones, se pidieron y no se repusieron ni se consultó con nosotros cuando se podrían poner. Un servicio a mi modo de ver nefasto. La atención al cliente, su comodidad es fundamental para que uno esté contento en su estancia.
