• Negative: Hotel reception ok. The rest of the hotel was grubby and untidy and gave you the impression it was dirty. Hotel room was not good. Wall covering, floor, furniture and double glazing were damaged and very poor. Double glazing so inadequate as were were very close to a railway station. It was like sleeping in the station as the trains started to arrive at 4pm in the morning then every 1/4 hour. This is such a shame as the exterior of the hotel is lovely. I don’t rate this as a 4*hotel. The star rating should be removed until it is internally updated. Would not rate this hotel as coved free.

• Quietness: Not rated Train station 100meters away from hotel. Double glazing not affective like staying in the station waiting room noise so loud
• Room: Not rated Old chipped stained furniture. Mildew in bathroom due to bad tile grouting. Much damage to floors.

• Common facilities and services: 5 El hotel tiene encantó y la decoración es refinada. En cambio, la terraza donde desayunamos no nos pareció conforme a un hotel de esta categoría. Situación, exposición , decoración poco acogedoras. Sobre todo que el establecimiento tiene espacios más apropiados.
• Staff: 2.5 Las circunstancias derivadas del Covid han perturbado el servicio de de desayunos y hechamos de menos un buffet libre
