• Positive: Great central location in Palma, very friendly, honest staff on desk
• Negative: A stain on my pillow and stuffing coming out.. while I appreciate the hotel will have wear and tear from being a busy hotel due to its location I thought this attention to detail was overlooked by housekeeping staff.

• Cleanliness: 5 Stained carpet, stain on pillow, torn pillow insert coming out of pillow case

• Staff: 10 Very pleasant check in staff. I had pre paid my room, it was noticed I had been overcharged almost €40 on my card and I was reimbursed in cash.
• Quietness: 10 I asked for a quiet room, I got what I asked for
• Room: 7.5 Huge curtains for a small window made me feel I was at the movies !!
