• Room: 5 Requested non-smoking rooms and received 2 smoking rooms. Front desk staff told me they were non-smoking. Double beds were singles.

• Negative: I called the hotel to cancel the room at 11.50 the day before arrival as stated on the confirmation. I was informed that I had to cancel via Internet, and when having logged on noon had passed and I was forbidden to cancel. NOT Clear enough confirmation. It do not state that you have to cancel via Internet, just that you can do. VERY annoyouing. I tried to cancel the room at site but the clerk said that he could do nothing!! [I had a friend who also had booked a double room and we wanted to share instead of getting separate rooms.]
