• Negative: My room on the 6th floor close to the bar/restaurant. I was awake all night due to the noise made by the waiters/kitchen staff. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!

• Staff: 5 Very friendly and efficient. Staff at the bar should learn a few phrases in English
• Quietness: Not rated As I said before, the noise on the 6th floor simply does not allow for guests to be accommodated there

• Value for money: 7.5 My first night was horrible due to the noise. thereafter i moved to another floor and everything was perfect. Thanks!
