• Positive: THe breakfast buffet is excellent. Fresh baked bread, and crosissants etc. and a great selection of fresh fruit. The restaurant is also excellent. Great location in city center
• Negative: Very bad smell in the corridors and some of the rooms No free internet. It is the third time we had to ask for the free offered champagne . (It is the fouth time we have booked as clubmembers and only one time the champagne was delivered in the room without request) the champagne is offered when booking the rooms for clubmembers.

• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Breakfast reastaurant and the possibility to have breakfast at the outdoor terasse during spring and summer is the reason why we are booking the hotel again and again.
• Staff: 7.5 Friendly and very kind staff - an english course for some of the staff would increase quality

• Room: 7.5 Very bad smell in the room and in the corridor.The hairdryers are of poor quality with too short cables.
