• Staff: 10 Overall, each and everybone of staff, is top performance; Only one issue; quickly resolved by supervisor, is not reason to degrade neither the staff nor the hotel.
• Quietness: 10 One of the benefits of this hotel.
• Room: 7.5 A bigger table; two chaira, not one. Or, at least the possibility of an avaible chair upon request. The "mini bar", the small fridge is top small. Only two maintenance issues, both minor issues to be reported for resolution): minibar temperature; drainage of shower
• Value for money: 10 This is a top option amongst other hotels in the area

• Positive: The staff was really nice and professional. Room was very clean and there was lot of space. Breakfast was delicious. When we checked in the staff gave us room on the last floor with huge balcony with amazing view.
• Negative: There were nothing I didn’t like. Everything was excellent to be honest. If I need to find something they could do better maybe there could be more opinion at breakfast.
