• Staff: 7.5 Reception staff were helpful and accommodating. Waiting staff could do with a basic lesson in customer service skills and being a little more attentive - we were left waiting for a table when the waiters were chatting!
• Quietness: 5 Being in the hub has its sound disadvantages
• Room: 7.5 Some rooms are better than others. I would always reccommend paying the sea view supplement. Best room was 205 (twin beds)
• Value for money: 5 For location and free wifi and breakfast!
