• Negative: Que me ofrecieron por hacer la reserva por la web una copa de cava y cuando llegamos nos dieron los tickets y al intentar canjearlos nos dijeron que sólo era hasta las nueve, cuando nosotros habiamos entrado al hotel más tarde y no ponía nada de eso en la web, al reclamar nos dicen que la próxima nos pondrán una botella...jjjja. Va a ser que no va a haber otra vez. (4 copas de esta vez + 4 copas de la próxima ya hacen una botella ¿cual es el regalo?)
