• Cleanliness: 5 Toiletries were not brand new, shampoo and shower gel seemed left over from previous customers. Stains on the towels.
• Location: 10 Not downtown but close to public transportation, was well aware of the location prior to booking, therefore no complaints.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Amenities were all much smaller than we thought from pool to gym to steam room.
• Staff: Not rated We booked a room for our anniversary and got two twin beds. Most hotels have two beds push together but locked, so we didn't think much of it when we checked in. However, we woke up to a gap between us on our anniversary morning and we basically slept on our own side of the bed the entire night just so the bed wouldn't move. Not the most romantic night a couple would look forward to. When reached out to the front desk, we then find out a topper was always an option but not done right the first time. Clearly upset and unsatisfied with our first night sleep, the front desk staff gave us lots of push back to change for a room with 1 bed. He kept on trying to sell us that with a topper the bed will be bigger in the current room. Help me understand why I would like to risk another night of sleep? Don't get me wrong, the bed itself was very comfortable but we asked for one bed not two. We were not asking for an upgrade, we just wanted to sleep together in one bed. No empathy and concern about the guests unhappy experience. Finally, he found another room for us and explained it was on a lower level should that be ok. Again, we were not looking for an upgrade, we just wanted to be together. Then, he called our room 'asking' us to pack up quickly so they can get our room ready for cleaning. That was beyond inconsiderate. We were now an inconvenience to your business? Prior to that, we were very excited about the pillows menu. We called down as suggested from the menu itself, and was told housekeeping staff are gone so this wasn't possible until the next morning. Why was the time of inquiry not listed on the menu should that be the case? And why bother putting a menu in the room stating a goodnight sleep is important but handled with no urgency? Should I visit any hotel and ask for extra pillows, I have never been asked to wait a whole night because house keeping staff is no longer on the premise; needless to say a 4 stars hotel. All in all, it was a very disappointing experience at the SB glow and the staff did not demonstrate the basic hospitality and desire to exceed customer satisfaction.
• Quietness: 7.5 Had a couple of drunk customers at night but that was out of the hotel control.
• Room: 7.5 Very well furnished as stated online.
• Value for money: 2.5 The hotel itself was nice, the breakfast was lovely and the housekeeping staff were very friendly. Solid 4 stars. However, the reception staff demonstrated little care for their customers, resulting in a disappointing stay. For the 4 stars price we paid, it was truly a 2 stars experience.

• Positive: The room was beautiful and with a lot of services. The staff was very nice, especially the people working at the breakfast buffet. Hotel it's very close to the most popular attractions and also close to the main public transportation.
• Negative: The bathroom of the room 208 sometimes smells like backwater. We solved the problem leaving the bathroom's door and the room's windows but it wasn't so good to have that smell in the bathroom.
