• Common facilities and services: 5 Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitacion de entrada porque la tercera cama no se desplegaba. Y la segunda que nos dieron no funcionaba l’abertura con targeta de la puerta, con lo que cada vez que queriamos entrar nos tenian que venir a abrir la puerta el personal.

• Cleanliness: Not rated If you don’t care about being robbed in your own hotel room, you can stay here. I do have one advice for you: don’t order room service. Our room service was not cleaned for about 24 hours so the plates with leftover food were left next to our room starting 9pm when we left them outside until when we came back to our room from our sightseeing the day after. We also saw unclean plates sitting outside another room on our way to our room. This raised some concerns regarding cleanliness.

• Common facilities and services: 5 The hotel restaurant in the lobby had a lunch prix fixe menu that was really expensive.
• Staff: Not rated Stolen Shoes: Either someone who had access to our hotel room or the cleaning staff stole my shoes. These shoes retail for $640 and were wrapped in the shoe box which was placed in a shopping bag along with an unopened San Pellegrino and a Global Tax return receipt. When we came back from our sightseeing, the bag, which was sandwiched between my luggage and Zara shopping bag was missing. We reported to the front desk who said "we may email you if we happen to find it." and when I asked for the name of the housekeeper who cleaned our room that day, they said "every day it changes so we don't know." ?? They can't even locate who cleaned what rooms. How can I feel safe? We left the hotel on 12/30/2019 and still haven't heard anything from the hotel--not even an apology. Room Service: I ordered pumpkin soup with majorcan sausages. It never came with sausages but with cheese pieces instead. I called to ask whether they were out of sausages, which is why we were given cheese instead but the lady initially said the soup does not come with sausages so I had to read her the description written in the room service menu in order to clarify whether they had changed the ingredients. Once I got through to her that sausages should have been included in the soup, she kept insisting I do not know what majorcan sausage looks like and so it must be my fault for not identifying them. (Her exact words were: "Miss, majorcan sausage does not look like the sausage you think of. They are red." Yes, I know. I'm not blind or ignorant.) She hung up on me so I had to make another call to complain and then finally, she sent me the majorcan sausages. Why is it so hard for me to simply get what I ordered?
• Quietness: 5 I could hear conversations in the other room and definitely whenever someone used the bathroom, either someone who was staying upstairs or next to us.
• Room: 7.5 It is exactly like the picture.
• Value for money: Not rated It's fine as long as you don't mind getting things stolen.
