• Cleanliness: 2.5 towel change ok, first entry too, other days less careful cleaning
• Location: 5 you must know what you want, not innercity, but near ocean and airport
• Common facilities and services: 5 very friendly reception, for better rating some more proactive service e.g. my suitcase did not arrive, offering telephone call, some toilet articles..
• Staff: 5 friendly reception, room service and restaurant staff do their job, could work with more passion
• Quietness: 5 windows ok, clima system not too noisy
• Room: 5 very hotel like, no individual charm, but ok and good quality, triple room could be a bit larger
• Value for money: 5 as long as things are cared for, breakfast fine and house quite new it fits; risk that people change later as it in Turkey when there is no individual trait/vision, very good massage, give our regards to the staff, did not know whether bathrobe was granted complimentary or not, brought it, lost it as airline lost suitcase, could have been avoided, 55EUR and spa should include not only towels, but bathrobes too. 15 EUR for a bathing suit in my situation too high a price.
