• Negative: Nous avons réservé une chambre famille et reçu la clé pour 2 chambres 1111 et 1112 uniquement. On nous facture 3 chambres par le débit de la carte de crédit. C'est une erreur de l'hôtel et nous avons demandé le remboursement. Nous espérons vraiment que l'hôtel va nous rembourser car nous n'avons pas bénéficié de 3 chambres et nous ne savions pas cela. Merci de faire le nécessaire.
