• Positive: La tranquilidad en la piscina, la gran amabilidad y profesionalidad de todo el personal, los detalles en la habitación por ser clientes habituales, la variedad gastronómica y el buen precio para residentes. Me parece un hotel fantástico al que da mucho gusto volver.
• Negative: La puerta de la terraza no cierra del todo bien y se escucha música fuerte de complejos cercanos ( habitación vista montaña). No es un gran inconveniente pero mejoraría la calidad del descanso.

• Negative: People reserving sunbeds when it clearly states in the welcome notes that this is not allowed. Disliked the smell that was evident a lot of the time and the food could be improved upon. The pool and pool area closing at 6pm, I think it should be 7.30pm.
