• Positive: Everything!! Great location. Spacious, quiet room with great views. Excellent breakfast buffet. Good WiFI connection. Excellent customer service at front desk, especially for our needing help to confirm coach tours.
• Negative: Not a "dislike", but the beds could have been more comfortable.

• Location: 10 Great location - close to rail station and easy walk to city center.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Excellent breakfast buffet
• Staff: 10 Staff at the front desk were very helpful and very efficient, especially with assisting us with reconfirming coach tour reservations.
• Quietness: 7.5 There was a little noise from the traffic outside even though we were on 12th floor.
• Room: 7.5 The room was good size and shape with great view; however, the beds could have been more comfortable.
• Value for money: 10 Yes.
