• Negative: Chambre: très petite et lit de 140 pour 2 personnes, propreté de la chambre (armoire); Petit-déjeuner: p. ex.: pas de pain ou petits pains frais... On n'a pas été servi très gentillement quand nous avons pris place à la terrasse. Le soir quand on voulait boire qch au Bar du 1er étage on a dû aller chercher nos boissons et ramener les tasses vides au rdch!!!

• Negative: The Lady receptionist who tried to charge me for the safe which I did not use and breakfast on the last day which I did not have. Beware when booking out of the hotel on the last day.

• Staff: 7.5 the web site of the hotel says about wellness, gym but is not true. in fact there is a little whirpool, only 1 gymnasium machine and a ery little sauna. the access must be booked in advance and the entrance is for 1, 2 or 3 persons only
• Quietness: 7.5 despite the hotel is situated along the Ramblas
• Room: 5 room size is normal but there are no amenities, facilities. the hair dryer was broken and the remote control of the television missed
• Value for money: 5 i have paid eur. 900,00 for 6 nights in double room (2 pax)
