• Positive: La amabilidad del personal y las instalaciones
• Negative: La comida. Mala calidad, repetitiva, escasa variedad. No corresponde el nivel del hotel en cuanto a instalaciones y servicios con el nefasto buffet que ofrece. Nunca volvería en todo incluido, como mucho con alojamiento y desayuno.

• Positive: La propreté. L'efficacité et l'amabilité du personnel. La qualité de la cuisine.
• Negative: Le bruit : mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, des bâtiments, du restaurant. Restaurant en sous-sol. Restaurant tapas sans grand intérêt en formule All Inclusive d'autant que les boissons et le pain sont payants. Pas de salle de sport/fitness.

• Cleanliness: 10 Excellente.
• Location: 7.5 Espaces verts très bien entretenus, mais peu de chambres donnes sur des espaces verts. Beaucoup de vis à vis.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Pas de salle de sport/fitness. Pas de grande piscine.
• Staff: 10 Très aimable et efficace. Animation nombreuses. Personnel parfois un peu trop prompt à retirer les assiettes au restaurant.
• Quietness: Not rated Chambres très mal insonorisés. La configuration des bâtiments réverbère les bruits extérieurs.
• Room: 5 Une porte entre la chambre et le séjour (chambre des enfants) serait un vrai plus. Climatisation coupée.
