• Location: 10 la verdad que esta muy centrico, y a mi me vino de perlas, por los sitios en que yo tenia que frecuentar por mi trabajo
• Common facilities and services: 10 no puedo opiner mucho de esto, porque yo no pude disfrutar de nada comun, tan solo en el desayuno, que me parecio que estaba bastante bien
• Staff: 10 no tube ningun problema, tan solo cuando llegue y vi el minibar, observe que no tenian Cocacolas Laig, que es lo k yo tomo siempre, y llame y la trajeron a la hora y media, pero al final bien
• Quietness: Not rated este punto fue lo peor, porque me toco al lado una habitacion, donde a las 2,30 de la madrugada llegaron unos señores, si se les puede denominar asi, que empezaron a pelear y a dar golpes en no se que sitios pero era infernal, luego salieron a otra habitacion cercana, y dejaron la puerta abierta y se ve que no se de donde venia viento o aire, y empezo a dar portazon como queriendo cerrarse, al rato corrian por los psillos muy enfedados y seguian con los gritos, y la verdad esque yo no pude dormir nada hasta las 6 de la mañana que ya parece que se calmaron un poco, la habitacion que me toco, estaba en la 6 planta al salir del ascensor a la derecha, que tan solo hay 3 habitaciones.
• Room: 7.5 la habitacion no tenia vista ninguna, tan solo abri la ventana y daba como a un patio interior, la verdad que cuando yo hice la reserva y vi las fotos del hotel no era ese el que yo habia reservado, poque tienen 2 hoteles y cuando recibi la confirmacion me sorprendio porque me dijeron que tenia que ir a Gran Via 70, y no al que yo pensaba que habia hecho mi reserva que era el que muestran en toda la publicidad
• Value for money: 5 a mi me hubiese parecido bien calidad precio, si como he mencionado antes hubiese sido el otro hotel, que creo que esta bastante mejor, almenos por lo que yo vi en las fotos.

• Positive: Location. Nice view, jacuzzi on the roof if you have the weather, really central. Also free soft drinks in the room.
