• Common facilities and services: 10 Desayuno excelente, servicio de habitación, cafetería con menú, spa, teatro con monólogos y mucho ocio.
• Staff: 10 Personal muy cualificado y muy amable.
• Quietness: 10 En plena Gran Vía y sin ruido! Descanso asegurado.
• Room: 10 Habitación espaciosa, con tele grande, múltiples canales, cama muy cómoda, variedad de almohadas, servicio de habitación, baño perfecto. Vistas a gran vía o a los tejados de Madrid. Insonorizada.
• Value for money: 10 Desayuno, Spa, Espectáculo.... en plena Gran Vía Madrileña.... no se puede pedir más!

• Negative: que al llegar intentaron darme una habitacion que no correspondia, piso 11 habitacion 1115, pequeña y ademas en mal estado paredes sucias y el agua no llegaba, cuando teniamos una habitacion doble king, reservada y pagada, al reclamar nos la cambiaron al piso 6 habitacion 614, y todo correcto, como recordabamos de habernos hospedado varias veces años atras, en cuanto al desayuno es muy normalito y con falta de espacio, al estar el hotel muy lleno la espèra para desayunar para mucha gente era de mas de 20 minutos, antes el hotel tenia un desayuno espectacular, ahora muy normalito.
