• Positive: Wenn Türen und Fenster geschlossen sind, alles sehr leise. Gut funtionierende Klimaanlage.
• Negative: zu wenig Toilettenpapier auf dem Zimmer. Frühstück seht eintönig. Putzen im Zimmer manchmal wenig erkennbar. Nur 1 deutscher Fernsehsender.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 An manchen Tagen hatte man den Eindruck es wurde garnicht geputzt, sondern nur das Bett gemacht. An anderen merkte man das gewicht wurde.
• Location: 10 Super Lage direkt in der City. Die U-bahnstation war direkt vor der Hoteltür.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Pool war sehr kalt. Das Frühstück war gut, aber leider immer das gleiche, was bei 12 Tagen, sehr nervt. Rezeptionspersonal bei Ankuft sehr genervt, ansonsten aber immer freundlich.
• Staff: 5 Beim Frühstückspersonal wirkten einige Damen genervt und verträumt. Ansonnsten waren alle immer nett und freundlich.
• Quietness: 10 der Lärm von außen war innen bei geschlossenen Türen überhaupt nicht zu hören. Wirklich sehr gut abgedichtet alles.
• Room: 7.5 Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, man hatte alles was man gebraucht hat. Außer das mehrfach das Toilettenpapier leer war. Man solle vielleicht über eine Ersatzrolle im Zimmer nachdenken.
• Value for money: 7.5 Preis war wirklich angebracht für Lage und Zimmer. Dennnoch gab es kleine Kritikpunkte, was einen Punkt abzug einbringt.
