• Positive: Hotel was in good, clean condition. Staff was friendly.
• Negative: 1) Temperature in room was way too hot. Staff said there was nothing they could do about it. 2) Did not receive a wake-up call as requested. When I complained the next day, was told that sometimes their automated system doesn't work properly, and they would put me on the list for a manually-dialed call for future requests; instead, I borrowed an alarm from a local friend.
