• Positif: Some rooms (premium) are now well furnished and equiped. The staff at the reception was friendly. They have a coutesy room that allows you to have a shower in the last day of your vacations, which was great to me, since I had the return flight at 11 PM.
• Négatif: The food was dreadful, absolut disaster. Everything is fried, greasy and most of the dishes are frozen or are completely blend. I had the full board, and after 3 days eating at the restaurant I was barfing only by feeling the smell of that hideous food. They need desperately to improve the quality of the food and the diversity of the fruits available. I come to this hotel, in an intermittent base, for 20 years, and now, more than ever, the hotel is full of groups of young and drunk people. They make noise at late hours and they do not respect anyone during daytime. The swimming pool is full of this people that make the vacation experience for the rest of the folks that quite unpleasant. The animation in the hotel is almost non-existent and ridiculous. The staff at the bar are somehow rude once you don´t tip them. I paid for the premium room to have wireless internet available, but, in fact, the internet was too slow or wasn´t connecting at all during daytime and after dinner, where I assume everyone was trying to use it. The hotel only have 3 small elevators and they were not working several times. This lead to several minutes and long lines to get to the elevator.

• Positif: I asked for a room with a nice view, and it was actually perfect
• Négatif: I didn t like that the reception blocked our door to get the payment because they could just leave a message, instead of making us loose 15 mnts outside the door trying. And that they blocked it a second tine for the same reason even if we payed already. We need an hair dryer in the room
