• Cleanliness: 5 Room was kept clean, corridors were awful, blood and other spillages on carpets and very dark, dingy corridors. Constant battle for staff to keep pool area clean do to all the drunken louts/yobbos around there.
• Location: 7.5 Right next door to BCM, a relatively short walk to the beach
• Common facilities and services: 5 Only good thing was the actual pool, everything else including the surrounding areas were full of empty plastic glasses, alcohol strew everywhere near the pool. The bars were grossly understaffed and the bar staff were rude and ignored you. Unless you were paying of course. All inclusive probably is good value but the food and alcohool are awful. This place is only for stag and hen do's, do not never ever go there otherwise. Especially do not take children or anyone vulnerable.
• Staff: Not rated Except for reception staff, one in particular who was very helpful when a friend got hurt. Bar staff rude and ignorant, probably due to being severely understaffed and harassed constantly from morning to night from drunken yobbos. They are only allowed to serve in small glasses and only a max of 2 per person, so obviously if there are hardly any staff serving such small amounts then the bar is always packed waiting to be served sometimes for over 20 minutes.
• Quietness: Not rated Noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Alcohol fuelled yobs shouting and fighting all day and night, vomitting off balconies, right over your head. Same around the pool during the day.
• Room: 5 Small eoom, small balcony, glass cracked in between balconies. View of the pool however roof below room over bar and restaurant area stretched out 30 feet or so and was full of discarded clothes, bottles, vomit, urine stains. We were on the 2nd floor so everything was in plain sight. Room was kept clean by the maids despite extreme diversity in their jobs. The highest of praise needs to be given to these people. Bathroom was clean but very basic and could do with a makeover, as could the room . Definitely not 3 star, probably 1-2 at best.
• Value for money: 5 Although All Inc price was reasonable, both food and drinks were awful and very poor quality. Hotel needs updating as it is drab and shabby. If you just want somewhere to put your head when you are smashed out of your mind then this is perfect. Or if you want to drink the cheapest nastiest beer from morning till night, then this is the place for you. If you want to be constantly sexually harrassed by drunken pervy men, then come here. If you need to be in close proximity to BCM and BCM square, then this is the place as it is literally next door. And finally, whatever you do, never, EVER, bring anyone under 18 here. It is without doubt only for 18+, and should bear this certificate on the wall next to the 1-2 stars it should have. ONLY COME HERE IF YOU ARE ON A STAG DO. HENS SHOULD AVOID AS THEY GET CONSTANT HARASSMENT FROM ALCOHOL FULLED SEXIST MORONS
