• Negative: Estuvimos el fin de semana. El hostal estaba cerrrado y para que nos abrieran teníamos que llamar a unos móbiles que nos dieron para que nos abrieran. Cuando llegamos, el viernes, llamamos y no comestaba nadie,estuvimos como 45 minutos llamando, ya nos ibamos a ir a otro hotel, al final lo cojieron. Llego un paisano que no conocía el hostal, no sabía ni com se subía als habitaciones, ni que números eran. Nos dejaron encerrados y solos, Y SIN AGUA CALIENTE, llamamos para que vieran y no contestaba nadie. Nos dijeron que a las 9 abrian la cafetería, a las 9:10 llamamos para lo del agua y no había nadie, con lo que no nos podíamos duchar. A la media hora medio lo arreglaron.El sábado tuvimos que ir a por la llave porque a las 24:30 cerraban, a esa hora pagamos, porque ni carnet ni nada, y nos dejaron la llave de la puerta para que al día siguiente cerrasemos nosotros y dejasemos la llave debajo de un cubo de la puerta, claro la cafetería cerrada, bueno el domingo TAMPOCO TENÍAMOS AGUA CALIENTE, así que nos fuimos alucinando con la gente de aquel lugar. Nunca habáimos visto nada semejante. UAN VERGÜENZA

• Positive: Die Lage am Rande der Stadt Beasain ist verkehrsgünstig für Leute mit Auto.
• Negative: Das Hotel ist nachts abgeschlossen, kein Zutritt nur mit Zimmerschlüssel und niemand vom Personal öffnet für späte Heimkehrer die Haustüre.
