• Room: 7.5 Lack of view, and a veranda would have been nice, but alltogehter room ok, and used as it was mwnt to - sleeping.

• Cleanliness: 5 Clean. Pillows were without cases, the blankets were nasty.
• Location: 7.5 walk to La Ramblas, Plaza de Catalunia, and Ramblas del Mar.
• Common facilities and services: Not rated The lights in the room and bath are on motion sensors, which can come as a nasty shock if you are sitting in the tub and the lights go out. I had never run into this before and so it took me a long time to figue out what was going on with the power in the room. The hotel restaurant is terrible, don%27t go there.
• Staff: 10 Carol, the day receptionist is incredible - efficient, pleasant, multilingual, and pleasant. She is the only reason to go to this hotel.
