• Cleanliness: 10 The whole hotel is spotless and continually cleaned throughout the day.
• Location: 7.5 Close to clubs, restaurants etc without having the noise. Perfect 👍
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Pool decking looking a bit tired and dipping in areas under Astro turf on entry to pool area.
• Staff: 10 The staff are absolutely amazing. Always polite, helpful and respectful. You won’t find better staff anywhere. Amazing.
• Quietness: 10 Generally the guests are respectful about making noise when they come in at night. We have room near lifts and can hear people chatting sometimes, but that’s not a problem as I like to know others are around. Complete silence is not for me.
• Room: 10 Size good, air conditioning is efficient, fridge and coffee making facilities are a welcome bonus. View from sixth floor was ok. Could actually see a bit of sea between buildings.
• Value for money: 7.5 Room wise was excellent. (once we got an issue addressed, was sorted within minutes of reporting to reception) Only given good due to the frozen vegetables which I feel they are unacceptable. Fresh should be used.
