• Positive: J'ai adoré la chambre avec une superbe vue sur la mer. La piscine était un coin d'apaisement et beaucoup d'excursions étaient proposées par l'hôtel. Pour finir le buffet à volonté était génial.

• Positive: I stayed in Hotel Riu Bonanza while on a holiday in Palma da Mallorca this july. It is a very beautiful hotel with all modern facilities and ofcourse the location is very convenient. You get bus to the city center right in front of the hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and polite. Great hospitality..Our room was upgraded to a bungalow and view was awesome. Over all very relaxing and graceful property!

• Positive: De lo amable y despuesto a ayudar que estaban los empleados del hotel. El desayuno era fenomenal (aun que podrian haberlo abierto un pelin antes) y las camas comodísimas.

• Location: 5 A few bars and restaurants within walking distance and about 15 mins walk to the beach
• Common facilities and services: 5 The pool area was excellent but there was no plan to deal with towels left on sun beds. At times the lower pool would be empty but hardly any sun beds were free

• Quietness: 7.5 Seemed a lot quieter than bonanza playa across the road which is what we wanted.
• Room: 5 Excellent size but we paid for this but basic inside and dated. Garden suite 55sq metres booked.
• Value for money: 5 We paid 200 euros per day per room on half board-would we again? No.
