• Cleanliness: 10 Some chamber maids were better than others and we were disappointed on a couple of occasions when the bed had not been properly made, ie sheets just pulled up, the mattress protector was in a bunch and we had to strip and remake the bed ourselves, Spanish lady was magnificent.
• Location: 7.5 Whilst on a bus route, there was not much choice of bars restaurants etc within walking distance in the extreme heat especially as the hotel is located on the top of a hill in both directions
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Gardens were amazing, beautifully kept and tended, entertainment was a bit staid and lacking in inclusion of guests. Pool table had no chalk despite asking a few times.
• Staff: 10 All staff excellent, made to feel very welcome, big thanks to the pool snack bar staff, ladies especially should not have to wear such heavy dark clothing Guilliam in reception always eager to help and Wilson in restaurant was a star.
• Quietness: 10 Just what we wanted,
• Room: 7.5 Lights from corridor at night under and around the door was annoying and maybe a kettle to make a cup of something before having to face the day would be lovely
• Value for money: 10 Food quality and variety was very good always something to eat for any tastes
