"Primero de todo pedimos discuplas por los inconvenientes causados. Le informamos que el Hotel está situado en el centro de Barcelona, zona más antigua de la ciudad, cuando hace mal tiempo o llueve es posible que las cloacas de la ciudad huelan un poco mal, pero es un problema de la ciudad que no podemos hacer nada. En la habitación no suele oler nada pero de todos modos si se quejan en recepción les cambiamos de habitación sin problemas. Muchas gracias por sus comentarios, nos ayudan a mejorar."
