• Positive: El trato tan amable de todo el personal del hotel; especialmente recalcable en el caso de Juanma (primer contacto con el hotel, exquisito en el trato), y una chica que nos atendió en los desayunos, rubia, encantadora, que siempre nos prestaba su amable atención en cualquier momento. Nos sentábamos siempre en la mesita que se encontraba más aislada, cerca del buffet, y ella siempre estaba atenta a todo lo que pudiésemos necesitar, no hacía falta que nos levantáramos... También destacable, la limpieza del hotel. Muy recalcable. Siempre que volvamos a Sevilla, nos alojaremos con Uds. y recomendaremos su hotel a todas nuestras amistades.
