• Positive: What made this particularly special was the attention of the hotel staff, especially Laura. This girl is the epitome of excellence. Extremely attentive, friendly, very efficient, and always giving the extra mile. When I had any questions, she did all in her power to provide answers. I got tickets for the Alhambra and a genuine and original flamenco in the caves of Sacromonte was spectacular. Her professional attitude and service are impeccable. Laura has a grace to deal with the customer that is awesome. Even if the situation was out of her hands she sought the information necessary to provide an answer. Customer service at this hotel was exceptional, because of Laura.
• Negative: some of the noise from the street at times. My room was facing the street.
