• Cleanliness: 10 Room and common areas were spotless.
• Location: 10 Outstanding location to all the important sites. Walking to Barri Gotic was easy andsafe, Bus Touristic stop and even the train out to Sitges was simple to get to. A real plus!
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 free internet. Ample seating in common area, breakfast lovely with very attentive staff. Nice looking bar that we did not use, but appeared well stocked, etc.
• Staff: 10 from check in to check out we felt welcome. Staff was helpful, courteous and friendly
• Quietness: 10 even with Spain winning a major championshipand celebrating on the last night, we were not disturbed.
• Room: 7.5 small versus US sizes but ample room. TV was nice flat screen, Bed comfortable, wardrobe clean and safe available for personal items
• Value for money: 10
