• Negative: Would have liked a small coffee table and chair in the room; getting out of the shower was a little treacherous (not much to grab on to but the glass counter); tissue in the room (out on the counter and not just in the his/her box)

• Positive: Lucilla was SO helpful and friendly! She recommended several good restaurants and helped us get to know Barcelona. We loved the second room we had.
